Subject: Oppose bill 51
I strongly oppose Bill 51. Please take this into consideration. I absolutely think that we need to be better with controlling
our cat population however, criminalizing feeding is not the way to do this. We need to have a system of catch neuter,
spay and release. We need to be better than this. We need to be Humane. I ask. Be thoughtful and caring and look for
Humane avenues.
