Subject: Oppose bill 51
To council,
I oppose Bill 51 criminalizing cat feeding. This bill would make animal cruelty an acceptable option.
The cats in the stray colonies are not feral. They are abandoned cats that are dumped. Hawaii County
does nothing to help with cat overpopulation. To starve these animals is cruel.
