What ever happened to funds becoming available for spay neuter and TNR programs? It appears this legislation is still stuck in eliminating cats and don't think beyond the repercussions of doing so. Maybe we should put our efforts to criminalize dumping cats adults and litters at public spaces instead and offer humane solutions for those who can't afford the care any longer of their pets by assisting with spay neuter or feeding programs. Mongoose and rats will only overtake the areas cats vacate and 1 can imagine after this legislation criminalizes feeding cats on county property your next step would be to kill off the starving and sick cats? Shame on you 1111 The only reason some of you are even still in office is that you were able to run unopposed. Don't take that to mean the the people of Hawaii like you oryour agenda. It doesn't give you free rein to once again attempt to pass legislation that harms cats!
