Bill 51
I would like to state than I am in favor of bill 51. 1 would like to say that I am an cat/animal lover. I do fostering and
rescue, but enough is enough. There are too many feral cats in Hawaii. They are a threat to all native Hawaiian birds and
Monkseals, as well as a health hazard to other pets and humans. Feeding them is perpetuating the problem. Spaying and
neutering is expensive and not a solution. The numbers are out of control.
