of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as Amended), Relating to
Animals.
Transmitted herewith is Bill No. 51, Draft 3.
During its meeting on July 23, 2025, the Council amended Bill No. 51, Draft 2, with the contents
of Communication Nos. 283.4 and 283.5, resulting in the attached draft.
The Council then passed Bill No. 51, as amended to Draft 3, at first reading.
