Aloha.
I Oppose Bill 51 that criminalizes feeding colony cats.
it's obvious that the island has issues with cats but this is not the way to help.
This bill makes it worse, we are hard-working dedicated people donating our time and money to
sterilizing and managing these colonies so that they don't reproduce at it existential rate.
Not only will it affect people feeding the colonies to feel an awesome negatively impact nonprofit
organizations and things are already in place the county. This is not the answer...
