RE: Bill 51- OPPOSE
Aloha, I oppose Bill 51 for simple reasons
BANNING FEEDING WILL
-not stop people from dumping animals on county land
-will mean that no one will be making sure these animals are "managed" with spay neuter so there will be
MORE unwanted animals
-will show tourists and the world dying animals at our parks.
There are hundreds of Hawaii Island residents that manage these colonies on their own time and with
their own funds.
