Subject: Bill 51 regarding feeding of feral animals
Good morning,
I want to let you know that our household opposes this bill. There are better ways of
diminishing the numbers of feral cats on the island, and the best one is spaying/neutering which
is offered regularly for free on our island. Feeding them is humane. Moreover the diverse
associations taking care of these cats, make sure to trap them and care for them when they are
sick.
