Subject: Bill 51
I RESPECTFULLY REQUEST that the Hawaii council reject the bill 51 that attaches a fine to the
compassionate people who feed the "thrown away" cats on the islands of Hawaii,
There are NUMEROUS OTHER positive options to SERIOUSLY consider...
for 1...attach a $500.00 fine to those who refuse to spay neuter their dogs and cats, and to those
"throwing" these creatures away.
Fine the abusers and putvideo cameras up to catch the perpetrators,
I have resided on big island now for approximately 20 years, and all these years, the "authorities" have
just been taking all the funding delegated for spay/neuter and not using the funds and donations for their
intended purpose, why?
Now this bill will starve innocent beings and punish even the ones trying to help them.
This is an assault against humanity itself by punishing those who express COMPASSION,
come on wake up please. o
Thankyou
