OPPOSE BILL 51
abhorrently oppose this animal cruelty bill!!
It proposes to starve homeless cats that by no fault of their own find themselves in this horrible situation.
MANY, MANY of these homeless cats have been dumped by PEOPLE!! Community volunteers are
trapping, spay/neutering and feeding caring for them in their colonies. Finding homes for kittens that are
dumped. There us a state problem but it is animal cruelty to stop feeding and managing these colonies
