I absolutely oppose bill 51 criminalizing feeding stray/ lost cats!!! These cats cannot help being born on
this island or abandoned by irresponsible pet owners. This is downright cruel. Actually, even thinking
about this bill passing hurts my heart horribly. Please do not allow this to happen!
