OPPOSE BILL 51
Please oppose Bill 51! There are other alternatives that are not cruel.
Please oppose Bill 51 in it's present form which is in direct conflict with animal cruelty laws. We need
solutions like county spay and neuter programs and to enforce current laws, both of which should have
happened long before now and we wouldn't have these problem. Why not work with the people who want
to solve these problems and not be cruel? This is an ongoing problem that could have already been
solved humanely but you have not! County programs could actually solve this program but you keep
dragging this on!! How does starving an animal help anything? You are the ones causing these animals
to eat birds but not feeding them and Trap and release.
