Aloha Council Members: I'm writing to register my strong opposition to Bill 51 re stray animal management on our
Island... as the bill doesn't humanely address the problems we face. Those who are willing to help effectively care for the
animals should NOT be treated as criminals - PLEASE! My sister is a veterinarian who appreciates the efforts of
responsible involved citizenry....
