RE: Resolution No. 252, Draft 2
This is to transmit Resolution No. 252-00, Draft 2, which was the result of an amendments made
at the Finance Committee meeting of May 16, 2000.
Specifically, Draft 2 deletes the words "and this decision was ratified by the membership of the
bargaining units" in the third Whereas clause since it is provided in Section 89-11 of the Hawaii
Revised Statutes.
