SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill No. 66,Draft 2; an Ordinance Adopting the County of Hawaii
General Plan 2045 and Repealing Ordinance No. 05-025, as Amended.
Transmitted herewith is Bill No. 66, Draft 2. During its meeting on July 9, 2025, the Policy
Committee on Planning, Land Use, and Economic Development amended Bill No. 66 with the
contents of Communication No. 3 72.1, resulting in the attached draft.
The Committee then voted to postpone Bill No. 66, as amended to Draft 2, to its special meeting
scheduled for August 20, 2025.
