SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 242-25, Draft 2; a Resolution
Transferring/Appropriating and Appropriation out from the Designated Fund
Account and Crediting Same to a Designated Fund Account.
Transmitted herewith is Resolution 242-25, Draft 2.
During its meeting on August 6, 2025, the Council amended Resolution No. 242-25 with the
contents of Communication No. 386.1, resulting in the attached draft.
The Council then voted to suspend Rule No. 23-1(d) of the Rules of Procedure and Organization
of the Council, which requires the holdover of a substantively amended resolution, and adopted
Resolution No. 242-25, as amended to Draft 2.
