This funding will support the <br />continued delivery of Financial Empowerment Services for our residents. <br />Specifically, HCF grant funds will be used to provide no -cost financial and <br />homeownership counseling through a certified U.S. Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development (HUD) counseling service provider.
