J�ZY OF y,� <br />COUNTY OF HAWAI`I <br />7TE OF•NF,`1, <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAPI <br />BILL NO. 76 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 25-45, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING <br />BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2026. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 25-45, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating <br />revenues in the following amount to the fund as set forth in Section 2. <br />Account No. -Source Fund Amount <br />1152-460731 HCF - Financial Empowerment Services Housing $ 125,000 <br />(Private) <br />Total $ 125,000 <br />SECTION 2. The foregoing amount as specified in Section 1 hereof is hereby appropriated to the <br />fund and expenditure account as set forth hereinbelow: <br />Account No. Function and Activity Fund Amount <br />1152-41-46684 HCF - Financial Empowerment Services - Housing $ 125,000 <br />Program <br />Total $ 125,000 <br />SECTION 3.
