Contingency Relief Funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to the Grassroots Community Development Group (GCDG)
for the 1 Ith Annual Hawaii Island All Nations Powwow.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $1,000 from the Clerk -Council Services —
