Dear Chairman Inaba and Hawaii County Council Members:
Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. § 92-5(a)(4), we request attorney -client
confidential discussion, in executive session, to consult with the County Council on
questions and issues pertaining to its powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and
liabilities regarding the above -referenced lawsuit Kevin Gerard O'Grady, Esq. and
Alan Alexander Beck, Esq. filed on behalf of their client, Paul Kealoha Junior.
