Transmitted herewith for Council approval is a resolution to accept the dedication of a
Road Lot from Mailani Development, LLC, to the County of Hawaii. The Road Lot is a portion
of Mailani Street in Hilo. Attached to this letter are maps that show where the Road Lot is
located. Our Office respectfully requests that this matter be placed on Council's Committee
agenda for Tuesday, September 16, 2025.
Also attached are Exhibits A and B to the Resolution and the approval letters from the
Various departments concerned.
