Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to the Department of
Research and Development to provide a grant to Pahoa Lava Zone Museum (PLZM) for its
community kitchen.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $7,000 from the Clerk -Council Services —
