SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 9)
Council District 9 proposes to appropriate its Contingency Relief funds to the Department of
Parks and Recreation to provide a grant to Waimea Hawaiian Homesteaders'Association, Inc. to
assist with equipment rental expenses for the 73rd Annual Paniolo Parade.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $3,000 from the Clerk -Council Services —
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
