Article 2, Article 4, Article 5, and Article 7 of the Hawaii County Code 1983
(2016 Edition, as Amended), Relating to Zoning District Regulations for Meeting
Facilities, Churches, Temples, Synagogues, and Community Buildings.
Transmitted herewith is Bill No. 60, Draft 4.
During its meeting on August 20, 2025, the Council amended Bill No. 60, Draft 3, with the
contents of Communication No. 313.31, resulting in the attached draft.
The Council then passed Bill No. 60, as amended to Draft 4, at first reading.
