SUBJECT: AMENDMENT TO HAWAII COUNTY CODE, CHAPTER 21,
ARTICLE 4, REMISSION OF CHARGES
Attached is a proposed amendment to Chapter 21, Hawaii County Code to clarify the terms and
conditions under which adjustments to water consumption may be applied to non-residential
sewer user accounts.
Under separate cover, we are transmitting the proposed ordinance to the Public Works
