Board of Land and Natural Resources (BLNR) rejected the HIS that was submitted to them by the US Army, implying that the army is not in compliance with the conditions of the lease set by the BLNR or in compliance with the state conservation zone regulations. I strongly urge the Council to pass this resolution and uphold the Hawai'i State Supreme Court ruling to "Malama Airia".
