My name is Sierra Mcveigh.
I am in support of Res. 234-25.
On May 9th, the BLNR rejected the FEIS that was submitted to them by the US ARMY, implying that the ARMY is not in
compliance with the lease conditions set by the BLNR or in compliance with the State Conservation Zone Regulations.
I strongly urge the council to pass the resolution and uphold the Hawaii State Supreme Court ruling to "Malama `Aina."
