Aloha,
My name is Robbie Ann Kauanoemaikalani Shimose, and I am in SUPPORT OF RES. 234-25.
On May 9, 2025, the BLNR rejected the FEIS, that was submitted to them by the US Army, implying that the Army is not in compliance
with the lease conditions set by the BLNR or in compliance with State conservation zone regulations.
As a native Hawaiian, born and raised on Hawaii Island, it Is my inherent kuleana to protect our most needed and precious resource,
our'aina. Therefore, I strongly urge the Council to pass the resolution and uphold the Hawai'i State Supreme Court ruling to "MALAMA
'AI NA."
