Aloha Council Members and mahalo for receiving my testimony in strong support of Res. 234-25.
As you know, Pohakuloa, on the slope of Mauna Kea, is a sacred place for Hawaiians. After years of desecration and
pollution, this place deserves respect and mindful, community -led restoration.
I would love a future where when we stop at the playground on saddle on the way over to Hilo and I don't have to worry
about my child breathing depleted uranium dust.
Thank you again for supporting this resolution.
