Hawaii County Code By Adding A New Section To Authorize the
Shutoff of Water Service by the Department of Water Supply to Enforce
Collection of Sewer User Fees

Manager of the Department of Water Supply informing you that the Water Commission
of the County of Hawaii has unanimously voted by voice to oppose the above-
referenced bill.
Could you please agendize Bill No. 257 along with the attached communication from
Mr. Pavao for the next scheduled Council meeting?
