Instead of criminalizing these hard working volunteers and killing cats, we should be: 1. Funding free or low cost spay and neuter clinics to bring down the population of cats (and dogs) Pet Fix is a wonderful deserving local org already providing this free community service. There are others as well. 2. Enforcement of existing animal cruelty and abandoning laws, most of these cats are dumped by people. 3. Making a mandatory spay/neuter law with limited exemptions for medical reasons and limited # of breeder permits. This is not the cat's fault. This is a problem with irresponsible people who don't fix their animals and then - dump them or allow them to roam creating more cats and dogs. " c- We need to hold these people accountable who refuse to be responsible pet owners, instead o punishing the innocent animals and the volunteers trying to fix the problem. f Q" G nr Thankyou ?
