There is already a TNRM pilot program processing, which is a humane solution to what is considered a problem by your county. PLEASE let this pilot program be tested in full and please kill the bill that will not allow for these cats to be cared for. I'm a medical doctor in training and have done lots of global projects with vets and have lots of connections to do neutering and spaying in order to reduce the feral population burden. I've also worked with local non -profits who do a lot of work in caring for this population and are making great strides in reducing the burden. I've been a visitor to Hawaii for decades and am writing for you to please stop this bill. If this bill passes, I will have to reconsider helping the people of Hawaii medically that are not willing to help the animals that live there, too. Sincerely, o: Lauren c)-< - c-; s,r w r COMM.
