Aloha,
Please amend bill 51 to allow for a Trap Neuter Release (TNR) program. This is the only humane option that will help
reduce cat populations, and keep cats healthier - which will also keep wildlife and county lands'healthier. Please listen to
the people who already have been working to implement and develop TNR programs, and the people who are
knowledgeable about these cats.
It doesn't make sense to just fine people who are trying to feed the cats - instead work with them to humanely and
kindly implement a TNR program.
