Subject: Oppose bill 51
Please vote noon bill 51. The volunteers are working on spaying, neutering these cats and capturing to be
rehomed or returned back to there homes. It sometimes takes time depending how long the cats have
been in the wild. To be able to be trapped. They shouldn't be criminalized for helping.
