Hello,
I am a twice yearly visitor to the big Island. Your bill to basically starve the poor cats that have
been inhumanly dumped
by numerous non -educated individuals is truly barbaric.
I have actually rescued cats & brought them home to the mainland to live with me.
I know there are lovely individuals that are working hard to capture & have the cats spayed/neutered in Kona. They
deserve a much better life.
I
If this inhumane bill passes, 1 will seriously considered Maui as my vacation preference. I will not
be part of witnessing
starving cats.
Shame on you for not educating the island people on spaying/ neutering & not dumping their
pets. You should make
that service available for all incomes.
If anyone should be fined it is those who are responsible for dumping their pets.
Shame on you with your fake "aloha" spirit
