OPPOSE BILL 51
ATTN: COUNTY COUNCIL
I'm writing to oppose BILL 51. I'm a local resident and teacher here on the Big Island.. This bill lacks
the fundamental "aloha" that brought me to the islands over 50 years ago. All animals matter & there
are better solutions to the circumstance we are facing. Please do not penalize those who are
attempting to hold onto their humanity. -
