Aloha Councilmembers,
I strongly urge you to listen to your constituents and vote NO on Bill 51. Penalizing colony caretakers, who are actively working
on reducing colony sizes by engaging in neutering & tirelessly working on finding homes for these abandoned cats is not the
answer. Starving these cats, which are abandoned pets, is inhumane and cruel. There are many better solutions out there, if
we all work together as a team. We can do better, Big Island!
