While I understand the concerns about protecting native wildlife, I believe this bill unfairly targets compassionate community members who are helping manage feral cat populations through responsible feeding and trap -neuter -return (TNR) programs. Punishing those who are part of the solution will only worsen the problem by driving cats further into unmanaged areas. Instead, I urge the Council to invest in more humane and effective long-term solutions, such as accessible spay/neuter services and continued support for volunteer caretakers. Thankyou. ©mr"oN .
