Subject: OPPOSE Bill 51 !
Please stop Bill 51 from moving forward.
This bill will have the opposite of the desired effect and will only turn good kind hearted people into
criminals. If you want to fix the feral cat problem you can look to other successful community programs
including a Managed Trap -Neuter -Return system.
It is possible to live with a feral cat population and keep them under control. Disneyland feeds and cares
for their feral cat colony, getting them spayed and neutered. Are we more heartless than a
giant corporation?
We can ,do better!!!
"Banning feeding without offering a clear, managed alternative only drives the problem underground. Cats
don't disappear. They breed."
