NI c Not only do I feed, but I trap, spay/neuter & return them to their colonies. Fo years I have cared for these beautiful homeless creatures that often get dumped by their owners. This bill would criminalize what i do. I practice kindness, so why should i be persecuted for that? The county has ignored the issue, and now wants to inflict penalties upon those of us that care enough to make sure these animals dont starve and don't procreate? Animal Contol should be doing this but they dont even provide spay/ neuter clinics for our county! Please amend the bill to protect citizens that feed and do TNR.
