Subject: Please vote no on Bill 51
Aloha Hawaii County Councilmembers,
I am writing in strong.opposition to Bill 51. Starving animals is not a humane solution. Please find a way
to work with all parties involved to find a reasonable solution. The community needs to care for its
houseless animals. Feeding away from restrooms and picnic areas but with an allowed feeding area
would be the best solution along with ongoing tar. Hawaii treats its animals so poorly, we need to
demand change and fix the barbaric laws that exist.
