OPPOSE Bill 51
Bill 51 is well-intentioned but it will have the OPPOSITE effect from what we need. We need
to neuter stray cats to stop them from killing our native birds and wildlife. Instead of this
law, we should promote programs to trap/neuter cats. Please consider modifying the law to
make the outcomes we want happen. SAVE OUR BIRDS!
