SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR LEGISLATION/COUNCIL ACTION
Dear Council Chair Inaba and Members of the Hawaii County Council,
Please find attached from the Office of Housing and Community Development's Resolution to
authorize the payment of funds of later fiscal years to enter into multi -year housing assistance
payment contracts with the property managers of affordable housing projects selected by the
Office of Housing and Commuity Development for the Project -Based Voucher Program. There
are three (3) County -owned properties selected to receive project based vouchers, including the
Ouli Ekahi Apartments (33 vouchers), Hale Kikaha (23 vouchers), and Na Kahua Hale O Ulu
Wini (25 vouchers).
