The Department of Finance wishes to enter into a multi -year agreement with the Office of the
Auditor, State of Hawaii, for assistance to conduct an audit of the schedule of employer
allocations of the Employees' Retirement System of the State of Hawaii (ERS) in order to meet
the reporting requirements under Governmental Accounting Standards board (GASB) Statement
No. 68, "Accounting and Financial Reporting for Pensions". The cost is estimated to be $4,600,
$4,800, and $5,000 for fiscal years 2026, 2027, and 2028, respectively, for a total of $14,400 for
the three-year term.
