COMMITTEE ON FINANCE
Re: Comm. No. 456/Res. No. 285-25
Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 285-25, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 285-25, transmitted by Prosecuting Attorney Kelden Waltjen via Communication
No. 456, dated August 12, 2025, authorizes the payment of funds of later fiscal years to enter a
multi -year agreement for internet telephone services to be used by the Office of the Prosecuting
Attorney.
This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year agreement with an estimated cost of
$260 per year for Voice -over -Internet -Protocol phone service at the office's workroom located in the
Kona Judiciary Complex.
Office of the Prosecuting Attorney Business Administrator Grant Nagata was available for questions.
There was no discussion on this matter.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 285-25, and
recommends its adoption.
