No. 443Bill No. 77 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 77, reports as follows: <br />Bill No. 77, transmitted by Housing Administrator Kehaulani M. Costa via Communication No. 443, <br />dated August 6, 2025, amends Ordinance No. 25-45, as amended, the Operating Budget for the <br />County of Hawaii for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. <br />This bill increases revenues in the Fund Balance from Previous Year account ($350,000); and <br />appropriates the same to the Kulaimano Operating Maintenance account. Funds would be used for the <br />Kulaimano Elderly Housing Project for operating and maintenance activities. <br />Housing Administrator Kehaulani M.
