SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds — Council District 7
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to the Department of
Research and Development to provide a grant to the Hawaii Farmers Union Foundation (HFUF)
to assist with their 2025 Hawaii Farmers Union Convention.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $10,000 from the Clerk -Council Services —
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
