Council District 9 proposes to appropriate its Contingency Relief funds to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to North Kohala Community Resource Center to assist with its
Kohala Kupuna Day.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $1,500 from the Clerk -Council Services —
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
