SUBJECT Postponement of Resolution No. 285-25

We respectfully request that Resolution No. 285-25 be postponed until the Council meeting
scheduled for October 22th, 2025. We are awaiting additional information•from our vendor
that may result in a significant increase to the estimated cost of our VolP phone system that is
associated with this resolution. We appreciate the opportunity to provide the Council with
accurate and up-to-date information to aid its decision -making. Please do not hesitate to
