SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 218-25, Draft 2; a Resolution
Transferring/Appropriating an Appropriation Out and From a Designated Fund
Account and Crediting Same to a Designated Fund Account to Provide a Grant to
the Hawaii Wildfire Management Organization for the Purchase of the Fire Aside
Program.
Transmitting herewith is Resolution No. 218-25, Draft 2. Resolution No. 218-25 was amended
with the contents of Communication No. 341.1 and duly approved by the Council on
June 18, 2025.
The Council voted to suspend Rule No. 23-1(d) of the Rule of Procedure and Organization of the
Council, which requires the holdover of a substantively amended resolution on final reading, and
adopted Resolution No. 218-25, as amended to Draft 2.
